• Arrive well before your wave time to allow for check-in and a proper warm-up
• Warm up thoroughly before your wave is called
• Bring plenty of water (you’ll need it)
• Your time starts when your wave starts, not when you begin moving
• Listen to and follow staff instructions at all times for safety and flow
